Currently serving as a District Academically/Intellectually Gifted Program Coordinator, Aritia Smalls has always had her hands in Gifted education. From student to classroom teacher, and from teacher to district administrator. She prides herself on being a "systems thinker" and a creative problem solver; two skills that help to bring a fresh perspective to her work as a Gifted Education advocate.
