Enhance school improvement by increasing collective efficacy among educators. Grounded in John Hattie'sVisible Learning research and supported by Implementation Science principles, this session aims to build collaborative professional cultures that maximize student learning outcomes. Hattie's meta-analysis identifies collective teacher efficacy (CTE) as having the highest effect size (1.57) on student achievement. This
session leverages that evidence to develop astrategic, evidence-based approach to transform instructional practices and foster sustained school improvement.

• Align professional learning and instructional practices with high- effect size practices (Hattie).
• Embed continuous improvement processes through Implementation Science using the formula: Evidence-based practices/programs X implementation methods X enabling contexts =desired impact.
