We are less likely to harm those with whom we have built connections...Realize the power of proactive community building to decrease incidents of inappropriate behavior through simple strategies, personal reflection, and active engagement. "Bridges, Not Walls" will provide participants with an overview of key concepts in Restorative Practices from a certified trainer. Implementation strategies will be modeled and discussed. This session will provide an overview for participants who have not yet received Restorative Practices training and also serves as a refresher for those who have previously experienced the two-day training.
